Product R&D Center

The company has its own technical center of the enterprise and possesses a team with high level of education, strong career ambition and high professional ability incorporated research, development and production into a whole, engaging in design and development of new product, research and manufacture of sample and follow-up of quality of product. Its main function is to rise up technical level of company's products, to meet with customers' demand and to match up with normal operation of production to ensure quality of products.
Opel Research and Development Center has a complete set of instrument and equipment, better fundamental condition. It is equipped with all kinds of inspection and test equipments such as tension tester, melt indexer, oxygen indexer, flat-panel vulcanizer, vertical combustion tester, high insulation resistance tester, SL-1 halogen acid gas release tester, rubber and plastic low temperature (shock) embrittlement tester, constant temperature and humidity chamber, UL ventilating type thermal aging test box, plastic extruder, laser particle size distributor and so on. Supported by a lot of parties, Research and Development Center shall continuously deepen, research and promote sustainable development of products and core technology.
Responsibilities of Research and Development Center
1. After completion of independent design of new product, make discussion on research of function and appearance of designed product. After the decision of review is made, submit to the company the application plan of the patent of new product and related information, and organize to apply to the stat for registration immediately after approval of the company.
2. The chief responsible person of Research and Development Center should draw up and organize to implement the development plan of the department, specially build up a stable team with skilled technology, reasonable structure and higher professional quality, and ensure normal operation of the department by making a series of regulations and systems, be responsible for safe operation and development of function of the department.
3. The director of Research and Development Center should assist the chief responsible person to manage all affairs of the department, fulfill the plan of the department, develop new product, open up new market, follow up implementation of target, plan and task of the department, follow up fulfillment of new product and quality problem when product is put into production.
4. The leader of the project team is responsible for implementation of target, plan and task transmitted by the leader at upper level, sorting and filing of information of new product, formulating of technological instruction book of product when it is put into production.
5. The leader of every team is responsible for attendance of all personnel of the team, make statistics of work load and condition of every staff and worker of the team and implement target, plan and task made by the department, ensure to supply sample in time and make the instruction book for technological flow of new product.
